Chocolate Cake
Oven Temp: 175°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4
Ingredients:
- 220g flour, 65g cocoa powder, 400g sugar
- 6g baking powder, 7g baking soda, 5g salt
- 2 eggs (100g), 240ml milk, 120ml oil, 10ml vanilla
- 240ml boiling water
Method:
Cool in tins 10 mins, then on racks.
Preheat oven. Grease two 20cm tins.
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
Stir in boiling water carefully.
Divide into tins and bake 30-35 mins.
